North Atlantic Appraisal Management is proud of its appraisal team. Each of our 50 appraisers at North Atlantic has been certified or licensed by the Boards of Registration in the states in which they operate, whether it is Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, or New Hampshire. All reports adhere to the strict requirements of USPAP, FIRREA standards as well as adherence to the requirements of the Code of Professional Ethics and the Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute.

Jonathan Asker has earned the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation of the Appraisal Institute, as well as the Residential Appraiser (RA) designation of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers. Jonathan is also a trustee of this organization. These designations represent the highest standards and training in the residential appraisal field. Jonathan has also obtained his General Certification license in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the highest level of licensing available.

COMMERCIAL APPRAISAL DEPARTMENT

The Commercial Department is managed by John A. Beauchaine, MRA, IFAS. John has been appraising commercial property for over 22 years. He is a senior member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers and the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, and has been qualified as an expert witness in most area courts with an extensive court testimony experience.
